Next week in schools across Seaford is Plastic Free Action Week and we can’t wait to get started! Students and teachers from all age ranges will be taking part in cross-curricular activities to highlight the problems of plastic pollution, how plastic moves around the world and what we can do to reduce our personal plastic footprint. These include artwork using materials found on beach cleans, science and maths lessons, literacy activities as well as assemblies, litter picking and beach cleans. Here at Plastic Free Seaford we are passionate about educating and motivating future generations to make changes that protect their future and we couldn’t be more pleased that this vision is starting to take off. Hope everyone has a great week!
